Important Shipping/Will-Call Policies

All shipments require an adult signature for delivery, therefore we recommend using a business address. Please notify us two weeks prior to the first of any shipment month to update your account. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties will result in additional shipping charges. Will-call selections are held at the winery for six weeks after release. If wines are not claimed in that time, they will be carefully packaged and sent to your shipping address of record; shipping charges will be incurred.
