Club members who are able to log in can change or update information online. After logging in, click the "my account" button at the top of your browser. Any changes you make here will be confirmed with you via auto-response e-mail
Members who are not able to log in, or would not like to use the online account for changes and updates should send an e-mail to the wine club requesting the change or update: wineclub@kuletoestate.com. Be sure to include your current membership details along with your request.
Club members are unable to cancel a wine club membership using their online account. If it is necessary to cancel your membership, that request must be received at least 30 days prior to the next shipment. Termination of membership may be requested following the receipt of two shipments. Send written cancellation requests to wineclub@kuletoestate.com. Members may receive club shipments up to 30-days after the cancellation request is submitted.
